Return & Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy allows you to exchange any ELORA product purchased online within 7 days of the delivery received. You are requested to ensure that the product is unused & maintains its original condition, tags, and money receipt/order invoice. Exchanges are subject to stock availability of that specific product, and you can exchange the ordered product with the other available alternative products.

To initiate an exchange, you are requested to contact our customer service team through social media messengers along with the order details (order no, name, phone no, etc.) within 48 hours of product receiving.
